Discover How By Moving Your Exterior World, You Make Internal Changes!
Your environment—whether it’s your home, office, or even your fridge—is a mirror of your internal world. When your space is clean and organized, your life tends to follow suit.
If something in your life—be it relationships, business, or health—isn’t quite right, it might be time to declutter and bring order to your surroundings.
"As Outside, So Inside!"
Your space can manifest as inner turmoil. If you ignore the nagging voice telling you to tidy up, the message will get louder — showing up as confusion, indecision, or even issues with finances, health, or diet. Why? Because your external world reflects your internal state.
Even if your space is "generally fine," unresolved areas in your life could mean something hidden that needs attention. Perhaps you have old, unused items tucked away, symbolizing limiting beliefs or unseen obstacles.
The truth is that it is easy to get used to what is around you and think that everything is fine. But if something is not working for you, in your health, relationships, work, money... it is a sign that something needs to change.
Clearing out the old makes room for the new.
Here’s how to get started:
Take Photos: Capture your space from all angles, including open drawers and doors.
Make Two Lists: One of what you want to achieve, and another of what you no longer want in your life.
Choose a Space to Organize: Start with the area in your photo that surprised you. Tackle one zone at a time—pantry, nightstand, closet, drawer, or fridge.
Sort Items into Four Categories: Use boxes or bags labeled "Keep," "Throw," "Donate/Give Away," and "Not Sure Yet."
Decide Quickly: If you hesitate, place the item in the "Not Sure Yet" box and revisit it later.
Clean Before Reorganizing: Once you’ve sorted, clean the space thoroughly before putting things back in order.
Organize by Category: Arrange items by type, season, color, or size.
