Harness High Frequencies to Attract Peace, Joy, and Abundance.
Everything around us, from the breath we take to the furniture we sit on, is composed of energy. This includes the trees, the animals, the fire, the air, and even our emotions and thoughts. In the grand structure of reality, everything begins as a vibration—a frequency that generates energy. Whether visible to the eye or not, everything in the universe vibrates at different frequencies at the quantum level. These vibrations create the energy that forms the very fabric of our existence.

In his book Power vs. Force, David R. Hawkins introduces the Map of Consciousness, a logarithmic scale that represents levels of human consciousness and their corresponding vibrations.
On this scale, higher vibrations such as enlightenment, peace, joy, love, acceptance, and willingness expand your consciousness. On the other hand, lower vibrations like anger, desire, fear, grief, guilt, and shame contract it.
The state of your consciousness directly influences the vibration you emit, and this, in turn, determines what you attract into your life. When you vibrate at a lower frequency, you attract experiences that match that vibration—scarcity, illness, toxic relationships, and other challenges. Conversely, when you maintain a high vibration, you draw in opportunities, new relationships, abundance, and inspiration.
However, experiencing low vibrations isn’t necessarily a bad thing—it’s an opportunity for growth. The universe, in its wisdom, often presents us with challenges to help us evolve. These challenges, which may lower our vibration, serve as indicators that something in our lives needs to change.
